My name is Heather. I am starting this blog 25 weeks pregnant with my second baby. My eldest Lucy is five. I am passionate about the environment and reducing waste. I also hate wasting money!
Taking the lead from my parents I have always been frugal. Over the past five years I have learnt lots of ways to make our money go further.
I took almost five years off work to look after Lucy. During this time I set up a business Screaming Green selling reusable nappies and all things eco for babies and young families.
The time and cost of setting up a business has hit our family budget hard. Bump number two is going to hit us even harder! I have recently been putting together bumps budget and thought I would share our new journey with you.
I hope this blog gives other parents lots of ideas to help their money go further too.
